Gianna's 13th Birthday
Gianna's first birthday in Heaven.
Her loving family and friends honored her beautiful spirit on Earth throughout their highly supportive community.
Gianna was honored with:
- the unveiling of her dedicated "Buddy Bench" in the PS 222 schoolyard,
- two separate ceremonies for the aforementioned "Buddy Bench" featuring speeches and appearances from teachers, administrative school staff, her priest, and local politicians,
- custom-designed t-shirts (showcasing a drawing of G's) that the community wore on her birthday and every Tuesday thereafter,
- a timed release of hundreds of biodegradable balloon messages outside of her dance studio Dance WIth Me,
- a block celebration complete with DJ, memorial mementos and speeches,
- a beautiful butterfly release,
- and outstanding dance tribute performances from her former competition team members.
It was an honor fit for a Queen. A Dancing Queen. Queen Gianna Gambino.
Thank You For Your Loving Support Since 2021
February 19, 2023 marked two years since our beloved GG was fitted with angel wings.
We would like to send a huge thank you to our family, friends, and community members who have performed so many beautiful tributes in Gianna's name these past couple years.
It has meant so much to her family.
Please continue to do so, and send us your memories, memorials and love whenever you see fit.
